Register for the NEW Carrier Portal! 

If you haven't already registered for Crowley Solutions' NEW Carrier Portal, NOW IS THE TIME!

The NEW Carrier Portal will be your primary location for all things government related, as we phase out VIA in the near future. Right now you will be able to accept/reject load tenders, view all of your loads (current and historical), and update your load status (enter in/out times). In the coming months we will be expanding the functionality to include a spot board and the ability to upload documentation (POD's).

 Full Step-by-Step Guide

 Quick Steps to Register:

 Step 1: go to URL https://tmsportal.crowley.com and click “Sign Up/Log in” button in top right corner of the screen.

 Step 2: click the “Sign-up” link at the bottom of the box that appears and follow the prompts to register an account with our security system, Okta Verify.

 Step 3: when you reach the Crowley security system landing page (shown below), click “Add apps” on the left-hand side of the screen, and then click the “Add” button for the LogX - Prod app.

Step 4: return to https://tmsportal.crowley.com and Log In using the email address, password, and multi-factor authentication you just recently created.

 Step 5: click the “Carrier” button on the next screen, and you should be presented with the registration form.

 Step 6: complete all required fields in the Registration Form and click “Submit” at the bottom of the screen.

 Step 7: Your registration process has been completed and your request will be reviewed by the Crowley Supplier Relations team for approval. This may take up to 24 hours.
